Travel One Portugal is attentive to the development of the pandemic by COVID-19, both in the tourism-generating markets and in our country, and to follow the guidelines and recommendations of the Regional Government of Madeira, the Government of the Portuguese Republic and the General Directorate of Health.
In our offices extraordinary hygiene and safety measures were implemented, which are part of the Internal Protocol, which was based on the regulation by the distinction of the CLEAN & SAFE seal of Turismo de Portugal and consequently of the SAFE TRAVELS of the World Travel & Tourism Council, attributed to the companies of the Tourism Sector, which in the form of a Declaration of Commitment guarantee the implementation of procedures for the prevention, control and surveillance of SARS CoV 2 in accordance with the Norms and Legal Guidelines.
The teams in the Madeira, Lisbon and Algarve offices are currently temporarily reducing their normal working hours to 100%, but we have a small team working with full capacity to respond to requests from our partners and clients.
This situation will last indefinitely until the situation is reassessed in line with the development of the current situation and the Government’s recommendations.
Travel One Portugal’s Management took this decision due to the partial stoppage of our activity that resulted from the decrease in the flow of clients due to the interruption of the supply chains in the markets, the suspension and postponement, as well as the cancellation of tourist operations.
Travel One Portugal has a Unique Team, and is a Unique Company, which is why it reiterates that lowering arms is not part of its genesis. We are certain that together we are stronger, and we will overcome this situation with the effort and resilience of all of us and our business partners.
